To install the Home Ranger follow these steps.

1) decompress all files in the RANGER.ZIP file to a directory
   on your hard disk.

2) Run the program hr_setup.exe and follow the program's instructions.

3) If you wish to save disk space on your computer, you can delete the 
   hr_setup files in the initial setup directory. 

To uninstall, double-click the Uninstall icon located in the 
application's program group.

**NOTE** If you see DDE error message during installation it means the setup
program has detected an unstable condition in your operating system. You
should re-start (boot) your computer before installing the program. 
Remember, windows 3.x, 95, and 98 are N O T real operating systems.  They
are merely GUI shells sitting on top of DOS.  If you get AVs and general
protection faults A L W A Y S re-boot your systems.
